Looking at the Canon Pro 200 vs Epson XP 15000, the Epson is around half the price of the Canon, but also only has six inks compared to the Pro 200’s eight inks. You therefore see higher print quality with the Pro 200, but at a higher cost of ink, and with a higher cost device. The P700 measures 16.5 by 20.8 by 32.1 inches (HWD) with its trays extended for printing, and it weighs 35.3 pounds. It's less than half that tall and long with its trays closed. That's a 30 percent smaller footprint than the P600. I’ll ignore the fact that no-one who uses the term ‘depth’ with regard to printing has ever been able to give me a robust measurable explanation/definition of what it actually means.
