We're also very pleased to assist so many people suffering with food allergens by specialising in lots of allergen free foods. This mayonnaise has no eggs in it which I guess would add some nice flavour and texture and it also has no sugar, but it’s sweetened with artificial sweetener sucralose. Skinny Food Co's product range includes things like: sugar free sauces, zero calorie syrups, skinny mixers (for alcohol), protein bars and more. It doesn’t taste exactly like pasta. It’s not starchy or munchy like regular al dente, but rather a slightly bouncier texture and is super easy to chew through. It holds onto water because its partly made from water, but it absorbs flavour pretty well.

Glucomannan (Konjac Fibre) in the context of an energy-restricted diet contributes to weight loss. The beneficial effect is obtained from 70g of Skinny Food Co S hirataki Noodles three times a day, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of an energy-restricted diet. These S hirataki Skinny Noodles are very popular on Keto diets. I can see how the Skinny Food Co. tried to cater for all the different dietary requirements but I would be surprised if somebody tells me they like the taste of this ketchup. The coffee syrups were a highlight for me as they can really elevate your morning coffee without adding on loads of calories, as were the chocolate spreads (yum) and the protein bread. This only works for me when I mix it with other strong flavours, for example in a tuna salad or on a burger. I could never eat it with chips though, it is just not enjoyable. The sweetness is perfect, it’s not too sweet, just enough. I cannot actually tell it contains artificial sweetener maltitol as the sweetness is the same to me, just like any sugary food. It doesn’t taste too sweet though and it also doesn’t come with any aftertaste.In this honest review, you will find out whether I liked any of these products and whether I recommend this brand in general. Skinny Food Co Chocolate Spread review The first product from The Skinny Food Co that I’ve tried was their chocolate or so-called Chocaholic spread and it actually wasn’t too bad. This spread is not totally sugar-free as it still contains naturally occurring sugars that are found in milk (it contains whole milk powder). After the disappointment with the Skinny Food Mayo, I was really hoping that at least their ketchup will be slightly better, but no, not really. This was a disappointment as well.
