A hint if tuberose is at the beginning, overall this scent is really nice but this insipid factor does not letting me enjoying it.

The drydown after about 6 hours is a lily-vanilla base, with a slight suntan lotion vibe and a sort of powdered sugar mixed in, not uncommon to a few other fragrances in the same genre such as Lys Soleia and Baiser Volé Essence de Parfum, but it's just as lovely. This is a scent I could wear very easily and feel pretty, feminine, young and into the crowd, but with some distinction. It has been on me for 2 days already, it has a trail, not overpowering, very feminine (warm, delicate). Anyway, I can understand why it is a popular fragrance I mean it is soft and uncommon I guess nothing that will put You off.There is a box set available which offers greater value, including the original red lipstick worn by Kenzo's muse Bourgoin and a small body cream. The base is emblazoned with the distinctive Kenzo logo printed onto iridescent, nude-toned glass, elegantly fading as it approaches the bottle neck into a transparent peach. After I sprayed it, it smelled wonderful - juicy, not too sweet, slightly powdery, very interesting and sensual.

Clean fragrance, without too many frills, passe-partout, I could not place Jeu d'Amour properly in a specific or more suitable season than another. This green fruity floral opens with a luminous Pear and Lemon blossom accord, then reveals a fresh floral heart of Tuberose and Freesia.

I love Pure Poison, but it has that sad note, something nostalgic, whereas this one is cheerful, positive, uplifting, happy. Designer Karim Rashid created a bottle with soft sensual curves to mimic the enveloping scents contained within. Along with a freshness lent from freesia, the tuberose feels relatively real, and doesn't get lost in a abstract fruity floral sweetness like some fragrances do.I usually like sweet and warm basenotes, but sometimes a cleaner, less sweet base is even better, and this is the case here. I would describe it as completely floral perfume that has a lot of freesia in, a bit tuberose and a tiny bit of sandalwood and blood orange, but it's not gourmet at all. Generally it doesn't last long though after 2 hrs you won't be able to smell it on yourself, though others will.

Top notes are Pomegranate, Blood Mandarin and Tea; middle notes are Tuberose and Freesia; base notes are Sandalwood and Musk. My boyfriend had a hangover and is very sensitive to smells but he even cuddled and I felt clean and elegant despite the serious lack of sleep. Jeu d'Amour is a bright, relatively authentic tuberose, with a sensuous white floral and vanilla drydown.Jeu d'Amour by Kenzo presents itself as a seductive and sensuous fragrance composed of pomegranate, tea and mandarin. I would definitely like this more if pomegranate and tea notes appear stronger but Jeu D'Amour for me is completely white floralish-floral type of scent. I don't know about others, but to me, it is similar to Lanvin Eclat D'Arpege but much longer-lasting and more intense.
