To discover the answers and lots more besides I have no hesitation at all in recommending Heartcross Castle. From the opening scenes where we learn just what situation Grace is in and why she desperately needs to escape it, to her arrival in Scotland, I couldn't get enough of this latest book.

The three boys also provide plenty of comedic but also heartfelt moments and I found myself laughing at their antics, the boys have lots of fun and become settled and really go back to basics and nature especially as the grounds of the castle prove fruitful. This isn’t just your typical romance story though, it has some added plot twists featuring her family and secrets from the past that kept me reading and rooting for Grace and her lovely boys as they adapt to a completely new way of life. Whilst the underlying story in this book is the tension and romance between Grace and the gorgeous Andrew, Heartcross Castle is much more than your average romance book.I've been loving the Love Heart Lane series and getting back to Heartcross and seeing the familiar characters, we all know and love, back again, honestly was the best thing I could have wanted. She was brought up by her grandfather Marley following the death of her mother and as she grows into her teen years, clashes with him which in turn sees her leaving home and Scotland. When Christie isn't writing she enjoys playing the piano, is a keen gardener and loves to paint and upcycle furniture.
