Happinose Balm is a soothing nasal decongestant balm with levomenthol and natural essential oils for the symptomatic relief of nasal congestion associated with the common cold, catarrh, head colds and hayfever. Do not worry if you occasionally forget to use this product, just carry on using it when you remember. For adults: blow the nose before application. Carefully apply up to 1cm of Happinose Balm inside each nostril using the little finger and inhale through the nose. Re-apply every four hours as required. Unscrew the cap, turn it upside down and use the sharp point in the top of the cap to pierce the tube membrane.If this happens, rinse the eyes with plenty of water.
