I draw as often as possible and nothing beats a real life model, but this is a good book for practising and working out where various muscles etc go.
This has a lot of drawings of muscles in action at different angles for different positions of limbs and body parts. There's not much text but whenever there is, the text is insightful and talks about things you should know when it comes to drawing the said part. This book is authored by Michel Lauricella, an art instructor with more than 2 decades of teaching morphology. This small, portable book presents a unique perspective on the head, face, and neck for artists to study and implement in their drawing work.
