The MamaRoo® Multi-Motion Baby Swing™ is the only baby swing that moves like you do. The swing seat comes with a secure five-point safety harness which, whilst a little fiddly to secure, ensures a safe and secure fit for both newborns and older babies. The cover on the 4Moms MamaRoo is easy to remove. Simply unfasten the poppers and unzip the sides before putting it in the washing machine on a cool wash.

Always use the restraint system. Adjust to fit snugly. The restraint can be configured with the 3-point harness or 5-point harness. During testing, small stains such as milk wiped away easily, whereas marks such as tomato ketchup left a small residue which then came out entirely after a full wash in the washing machine. There are four built-in sounds on the MamaRoo - specifically rain, ocean sounds, a fan sound and heartbeat, the latter of which can provide some familiar comfort to newborn babies. The sounds are relatively subtle and non-offensive, with an adjustable sound level that can be raised or lowered to suit your preferences via the app.

The 4Moms MamaRoo Swing does require some initial assembly which took our parent tester Luci and her partner around 20 minutes to complete, with a small number of parts to put together but no additional tools required.The bassinet sheets are machine washable. The bassinet mattress, fabric and mesh can be spot cleaned using mild soap and warm water.
